A wonderful limited edition cel featuring 12 Peanuts characters ice skating, one of Charles Schulz's favorite pastimes. This fantastic, long sold-out limited edition cel showcases 12 of the most emblematic characters (Charlie Brown, Linus, Lucy, Violet, Schroeder, Sally, Patty and Peppermint Patty, Pig-Pen, Frieda, Shermy, and Snoopy), at it is based on the artwork used to create the opening to the classic special A Charlie Brown Christmas.
The cel features a Peanuts Film Gallery sticker in the bottom left corner, and it is signed by Bill Melendez in the bottom right corner.
The cel is featured on a printed background and presented in a 24" x 20". The signature has slightly faded. In Fine condition.
LOOK AT THAT Signature! Bold and un-faded. ALL of the other Bill Melendez signed cels are all faded. This one is not. That's why this one is more valuable. Hand painted cel is displayed over a printed background.
