Vintage 50s half hat or hat band composed of blue velvet covered pipe cleaners for the base a blue velvet bow at the top and pale grayish blue and white roses.  There are remnants of a veil attached, along with green leaves.

The hat measures 13 inches side to side and 7 inches front to back .  It is adjustable.

Condition is GOOD.   Only remnants of a veil remain.
