This 1 CENT START NO RESERVE AUCTION is for a nice old Spanish Colonial / Pirate Era Coin know as a " Lion & Castle " type (LOT #153). It has a decent outline of a Castle on one side & a Lion the other. Coin is the size of a US Dime & it has nice details remaining especially for how old it is! It has MORE details than most coins that are OVER 300 hundred years old! Looks like one of the coins you may have seen on The Oak Island Money Pit Treasure Hunt TV show. These types of coins were made in the 1600's. We don't know a lot about super old coins like these so our lack of knowledge could be your gain! Coin has normal wear for age & condition. We think this is a nice looking coin for its age & condition with better than average details for being this old but since this is a 1 CENT START NO RESERVE AUCTION please see photo's & judge for yourself.
