Malossi BRAKE PADS mhr SYNT brake pads are characterized by a sintered friction material with the highest friction coefficient ever. This means they guarantee shorter stopping distances and breathtaking decelerations.

The friction material is obtained through the sintering of metal powders and other copper-based elements, creating a compound that enhances braking power without penalizing durability.

Malossi brake pads are approved to ECE R90 standards and can be used on road vehicles throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. To obtain this certification, the pads are subjected to rigorous road tests, which evaluate the efficiency and resistance of the pad at different speeds and braking conditions.

Furthermore, laboratory tests are carried out to test the compressive and shear resistance of the material. The E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation N. 90 certification was obtained through collaboration with Dekra, an authority in the certification sector.

The tests on the vehicles were carried out at the Balocco test track complex and in the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo, widely exceeding the ECE R90 regulations. The entire range of Malossi pads is designed and made in Italy.
