The cable is 3 Meters long approximately 10 feet long.
This particular cable is used it works, but has some minor damage to the jacket.

This cable is for connecting from a POS terminal the a printer that has a USB type B connector. I believe you can use the DC 5.5×2.1mm to power the printer or if you printer uses a different type of power connector / power adapter you can use that one.
