We will not accept a return if this is ordered and returned faulty as we are 100 percent sure that this is working, if this doesn’t fix your tv problem then it is more than likely that you tv has screen failure or another problem.

we will however accept a return minus 20 percent for restocking fees

We get between 50-100 damaged screen TVs a month so stock for used parts change daily

We fully test all our parts and mark them with a security pen for our protection

Some boards will have a bit a rust or marks on them

We understand a lot more people are buying parts now to try and fix there tvs themselves which is great but this also causes a lot of time and money when we have customers say our items are faulty and they have diagnosed the fault wrong, so to help get things right we are now accepting returns within 14 days of auctions ending providing buyer pays return postage and 20% restocking charge this is to cover time to relist, restock and fuel for those post office trips. We feel this is very fair and a great way to give buyers piece of mind from a genuine company .
