This was my grandfathers blade, it shows one very small chip in the Mircata on the handle butt, and surface scratches on the brass hilt that could easily be polished out. I will leave the restoration to you or a pro if you want it perfect. The blade is in excellent condition and appears to have never been used or sharpened, and is very sharp.
