This is a most appealing babydoll in a fabulous 'saloon girl' style. It's by top lingerie designers Vertigineux on their 'V X Intimate' label.
It is made from sheer, light, soft, floaty black chiffon, with exquisite pale pink lace, and pretty matching ribbons.
The bodice is carefully shaped with princess seams, and has an overlay of the pink lace, which is fine and sheer, with silky embroidered roses, and a swirly shaped edge. There's a plump rose and black ribbon bow at the cleavage, and the shoulder straps have a ruffled chiffon trim, topped with a delightful pink cut-lace braid.
The skirt flares from the waist and has two layers, the top one a little shorter, to show off the lovely pink satin ribbon edging. The two layers make the chiffon look opaque (a single layer is very transparent!) so it's more or less decent, and the fabric drapes and flows deliciously.
To complete the set, there is a teeny pair of thong-back chiffon panties - totally sheer, light and soft!
Size notes: Labelled 6XL (XXXXXXL), the babydoll suits about 54-57"-ish bust. It's 35" long. The top band of the thong stretches from 40-56".
A most unusual and appealing babydoll that looks really great on. It would be fabulous with fishnet stockings and little boots - perfect for your Moulin Rouge or saloon girl theme night...!
