This ADORABLE Bitty Bear Playhouse, Bitty Bear, her friends, Circus Elephant, the tea party set, and all the accessories was my daughter's when she was a little girl. She played with them very gently and they were well taken care of. Everything is in excellent, played with condition. The majority of the items look brand new.

BITTY BEAR PLAYHOUSE LOT INCLUDES:
*Playhouse: ~excellent condition. Made of fabric. Original tags. All zippers and velcro in excellent working order. There is a faint pencil mark on the right exterior of the house. Inside of the oven and refrigerator doors have a dirty smudge ( I have taken a close up picture of them, which makes it look worse than it is actually seen with the eye!). The bottom of the house is a little dirty in places. It was taken to Grandma's quite often! Contains the original Bitty Bunch sleeping bag, which looks brand new. The two book pockets under the roof eaves store several Bitty books each. Everything but the elephant stores nicely in the house, ready for imaginary play!
*Bitty Bear: ~excellent condition. Original tag. Arms & legs jointed. Head moves. Missing original burgundy ribbon. Her hips are a tad loose (not as tight as Kitty's hips). Original Bitty Bear's Family Album book.
*Bitty Kitty: ~excellent condition. Original tag. Arms & legs jointed. Head moves. Original ribbon. Original Bitty Kitty's Family Album book.
*Bitty Ducky: ~excellent condition. Original tag. Head moves. Original ribbon. Original Bitty Ducky's Family Album book.
*Bitty Bear's Tea Party Set: ~excellent condition. Complete set with all dishes, fabric dish "trunk", and book. The book is a "Lift a Flap Book". Two pages of the book have a missing flap, which does not affect the story. One cup & saucer has come unglued. Long ago two table legs became loose and we reglued them.
*Circus Elephant: ~excellent condition. Like brand new, rarely played with. This darling elephant moves and plays a lively tune. Runs on two AA batteries (NOT included).
*Bitty Bear's Valentines book set: ~excellent condition. Cupid's wings' elastic is a little stretched out, has original tag. Cupid's bow & arrow is like brand new, bow string still tight.
*Bitty Bear's Christmas Tree book set: ~excellent condition. Green satin hat with poinsettia/ribbon accent. There is a very tiny, faint spot on top of hat that my camera would not pick up in a photo. The book has the original ribbon and activity pages in tact.
*Bitty Bear's Dress-Up activity book set: ~excellent condition. Pink tutu & fairy wand. Wand looks brand new. Includes the press-on stickers (vinyl cling) to dress up Bitty Bear in the book. The nurse & ballerina outfit pages are missing one small sticker accessory each. The envelope containing it all has a tear in the upper right hand corner.
*Bitty Bear Gets Dressed book: ~excellent condition.
*Original Bitty Bunch Playhouse box: There is a crease in the paper of the box lid in the upper right and lower left corners. There is also a tiny, shallow, "punch-in " mark in the lower, middle back of the bottom 1/2 of the box. It does not go all the way through the box. The box was shipped to us many years ago in this condition.
Bitty Bear's Playhouse will be unzipped to lay flat and placed in the original box. The original box is 22 in. x 14 1/2 in. x 2 1/2 in.
