This set is 100% complete! Original posting said there was one piece substitution, but I have found the original piece! “The gray ladder insert has been replaced with a white sliding ladder insert” was said to be the substitution. This is not longer the case. The gray ladder insert will be included with this purchase. Both manuals are also included. There corners of the pages are folded (see picture). All minifigures are included with accessories. Please feel free to ask any questions.

We have gone through and checked to be sure all pieces are accounted for; however, we are human and could have unintentionally missed something. If you notice anything missing, please reach out immediately and we will have the parts shipped to you. All minifigures are accounted for and bagged separately.
