1. Prepaid Return Label Instructions: Please wait until we provide you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the prepaid return label before shipping the item back to us. Do not ship the item to our return address until further notice. If the RMA and prepaid return label are unavailable, please contact our customer service team. We will promptly provide you with the necessary information.

2. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Restocking Fees: As per our return policy, a restocking fee of 20% to 50% has been applied to each item in your refund. This fee is standard for returns of this nature

4.Items Exempt from Restocking Fees: Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item with defects or damages, kindly reach out to our customer service, and include photos for the return process initiation. 1. Cost of Return Shipping for Oversized LTL Items: All products with a weight of 100 lbs. or dimensions greater than or equal to 165" (Length + Girth) will incur a 15% restocking fee. The return shipping cost for oversized LTL items is $300 or more. If delivery attempts fail due to unavailable contact numbers, our team will try to reach you. Failure to provide valid contact numbers may lead to an oversize item being returned, In such cases, a Return to Sender (RTS) fee of $300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost of oversized LTL unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return for an oversized LTL item, please follow our standard return procedures.
