Returns Policy for regular items with Restocking Fees:

At Raycom-Auto, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To ensure a smooth return process, please review our Return Policy below.

1. Prepaid Return Label Instructions: Please wait until we provide you with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the prepaid return label before shipping the item back to us. Do not ship the item to our return address until further notice. If the RMA and prepaid return label are unavailable, please contact our customer service team. We will promptly provide you with the necessary information.

2. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3. Restocking Fees: As per our return policy, a restocking fee of 20% to 50% has been applied to each item in your refund. This fee is standard for returns of this nature

Items Exempt from Restocking Fees: Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item with defects or damages, kindly reach out to our customer service, and include photos for the return process initiation. We will cover the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee for such instances. Incorrect Items: In the event you receive an item different from your order, please provide photos. 7. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

RETURN POLICY FOR OVERSIZED LTL ITEMS

1. Cost of Return Shipping for Oversized LTL Items: All products with a weight of 100 lbs. or dimensions greater than or equal to 165" (Length + Girth) will incur a 15% restocking fee. The return shipping cost for oversized LTL items is $300 or more. If delivery attempts fail due to unavailable contact numbers, our team will try to reach you. Failure to provide valid contact numbers may lead to an oversize item being returned, In such cases, a Return to Sender (RTS) fee of $300 will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost of oversized LTL unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return for an oversized LTL item, please follow our standard return procedures.

4. Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned oversized LTL item and confirming its condition, we will proceed with the refund process. The refund will be processed once the return shipping cost is deducted.
