Elkus, former United States Ambassador to Turkey, was tendered a public reception in New York today (July 3) on his arrival home after an uneventful trip across the Atlantic. Several Americans and members of his official family accompanied the Ambassador from Constantinople.Photo measures 8 x 10 inches. Photo is dated 07-07-1917.
