Charming Small OHIO ART Tin Toy Buggy

The buggy itself is in nice shape - colors good and just some tarnish on the wheels - it measures 6 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" tall

There is a miniature baby doll in it with a soft type mattress and therew as also another small plastic baby in parts that was in this that I will include along with a glass baby bottle
