Not sure if this is a built kit or promo or ?  Exquisite in appearance,  has some minor spots (picture 11), some paint run (?) see picture 12, and the inner chrome ring of the steering wheel is broken, maybe?   Please consult the shipping calculator for shipping costs, Thanks
