This  is a set of beer steins from Spangdahlem Air Force Base during the Cold War era.

The first has Wiesbaden,Joul-Rosieres, Spangdahlem. 1st Tac. Recon SQ (NP) Richard Mistron Aunt shows an Air Force plane. On the other side it has a hornet with a gun and says eyes of the Air Force. The dates are Jan 52 through Jan 55. It's got gold trim. It's got a lovely detailed decorative pewter lid with an American Eagle on the hinge portion.

The second one has the lid issue. It still has the lid and it's actually a really cool one with a plane on top and a decorative symbol on the hinge portion that I'm not familiar with (probably military). It's missing the piece that clips it to the handle And the alignment is slightly off. This one says Richard mistron Spangdalem Air Base Germany 1952-1955. It features an eagle and stars above the gold globe with blue background and says 10th tactical recon wing. There's an Air Force plane picture on one side and then it's got the hornet with the gun on the other and says 1st Tac Recon SQ. It's gold trim and this one is made by Hugo Schmidt. The other one is very similar and looks like it would be the same maker, but I don't see a Schmidt stamp on the bottom of that one.
