If you need to cancel the sale, please initiate the cancellation process through ebay - ebay has a process for buyer to cancel the sale and this is the most effective and efficient way for both you and me). I do not see requests for cancellation before orders are processed, as it does not come up automatically in the ebay order and due to the volume of emails I receive - your order may be processed before I see your request therefore it is imperative that you cancel the sale if you change your mind.
I aim to ship most items on same day as purchase/payment EXCEPT WHEN I AM AWAY WORKING - which requires a longer handling period.
