Condition: Fine. The pictures are of the front, back and title page.

- The starting bid is $1.85

- Postage is $3.65. This includes “Delivery Confirmation”  for delivery anywhere in the United States.

- If you see any other items I have up for bids, you can combine them to save on the Postage.

 

- APO, FPO, Hawaii and Alaska addresses, once you won the “Bid”, I will let you know what your postage will be in your invoice.  It will be sent as “Media Mail”. I will be using the “USPS” website to figure out the postage.

- Overseas deliveries either contact me or use the “Calculator” on eBay to figure out your postage.

- If you would like additional services on shipping (Insurance, return receipts, etc) let me know. I will calculate the price and let you know how much extra it will be.
