The bundle of 3 consists of the following books:

1. Ben Innis; Edited by Richard E. Collin. Bloody Knife: Custer’s Favorite Scout. Revised Edition, 1994. Published by Smokey Water Press, Bismarck ND. Inscribed to the owner by the editor. Paperback in very good condition except for the owner’s stamp impressed on the title page and three page numbers penciled on the last page for reference. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee there are none. 245 pages. Illustrations.

2. Kammen, Joe Marshall, Frederick Lefthand. Soldiers Falling Into Camp, the Battles at the Rosebud and the Little Big Horn. Signed by Robert Kammen. Copyright 1992. Hard bound with gold embossing and a dust jacket, both in fine physical condition. The owner’s stamp is impressed on the lower edge of the title page. There are also comments pencilled by the owner on pages 33, 203, and 204. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee that here are none. 230 pages.

3. Colonel Charles Francis Bates, Retired. Custer’s Indian Battles. Also Charles Francis Roe. Custer’s Last Battle. Copyright is not in book. Hard bound in good or better physical condition with dust jacket that shows some wear with some rubbing and nicks. The owner’s name is written on the first page and the owner’s stamp is impressed on the lower edge of the third page. I found no other markings but cannot guarantee that there are none. The book is printed on quality paper. The first 38 pages are “Custer’s Indian Battles” by Colonel Charles Francis Bates. The next 40 pages are “Custer’s Last Battle on the Little Big Horn, Montana Teritory, June 25, 1876” by Charles Francis Roe and the “March of the ‘Montana Column’ by Edward J. McClernand. Illustrated. 9”x12”x½”.
