A beautiful "Teresa Bluegreen" platter made by W.H.Grindley England.  The mark dates this platter from the period 1891 to 1914.  It is 36.5 centimeters (14.375 inches) in length and 25.4 centimeters (10 inches) wide.  It is bright and lustrous with only minimal browning where the glaze has ruptured or worn thin.  There is some crazing, as would be expected for a piece over a century old, but the crazing is securely under the glaze and does not compromise the platter.
