Un-restored - Double Rolled Gold Band

Here is a vintage black plastic "Permanite" Parker Duofold Jr Lucky Curve fountain pen with a fine nib - see photos. The plunger is stiff, and so this pen needs to be restored.

On the nib:

The band and trim is rolled gold.
