1970 Yamaha YDS6 250 Uregistered UK Import Classic Restoration Project

This well-respected and much sought after 1970 Yamaha YDS6 250 has recently been imported from North America where its spent all of its life.
It has a few marks missing; indicators being the most obvious. We also noted that the seat cover is torn and the rear mudguard is pitted.
The wheels look straight with bright chrome rims
The brakes are both working
Forks look straight
Headlight and tailight look good
Instruments look ok and switches move freely
Exhausts are solid and bright
Chainguard is straight and solid
Mudguards are straight and solid
The paintwork is slightly faded
The tank is clean inside
When we hooked it up to a good battery we had it firing/running briefly on easystart spray but the fuel system and carb will require some attention.
We are selling this bike as a trade clearance project so make us an offer and get started!
