Great condition with no cracks or chips.  This is a lovely shiny black pen that looks excellent.  There is a little wear consistent with age throughout the barrel.  The cap looks attractive and is in excellent condition - the blue diamond is faded, but still blue. The plunger is smooth, but this pen has not been restored, and its operation is not guaranteed. When dipped in ink, this nib writes smoothly.  


Very nice condition. There are no cracks in the cap lip.  There is some lesser scratching here and there, but this is a handsome and shiny pen. No chips, dings, dents, or personalization. The imprint is quite clear on the barrel.
