1953 Oahu Iolana Double Neck Lap Steel Guitar

The serial number is "X41267" and one of the pots dates to July 1953 (304-329). The guitar is in excellent condition overall and there are no major dings. There is some general wear but nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage guitar. No cracks, modifications or structural issues.

The hardware and electronics are in excellent working condition. Everything is original except the output jack. The plastic tuner buttons have deteriorated and are very brittle, so I ordered a new set and will install them before shipping.

It comes in the original case which has some general wear on the outside. One small crack on the edge but it is not causing any major issues. All of the latches, hinges and handle are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors.

Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I'm concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.

I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb. In the event that this item sells on both marketplaces before I can take the other listing down, I will honor the first sale and refund the second. There will be no exceptions to this!

I can't combine shipping for more than one full sized guitar but can if you purchase smaller items such as parts or accessories. I can't quote exact rates until you purchase the items and I package them. So please wait for me to send a combined invoice if you buy more than one item. Local pickup is available for any item.

P.O. BOXES

I have blocked P.O. Boxes from this listing. FedEx and UPS do not ship to these addresses and USPS shipping is much more costly. I will ship to a P.O. Box if you contact me ahead of time and agree to pay for USPS instead of FedEx or UPS.
