Brand new with tags. Bag has never been carried, & has been stored in original packaging with original dust bag (dust bag included). Will fit an average to small cell phone (see measurements). There is a faint crease to the leather on the front of the bag as seen in pic #11. I believe the crease should work itself out once bag us in use, however it does not impact wearability. This is a gorgeous bag in a unique, hard to find colorway!
