1.Place the patches down on the shirt sleeve in the correct position

2.Place a teflon sheet or paper over the patch and apply an iron (silk or wool regime) or heat press machine on a low heat setting to the designated area 

3.Time: 15-25 seconds

4.If the patches are not fully applied, re-cover and press for a further 5-10 seconds

5.Do not wash shirt for 48 hours after application
