All the units for this were removed from service and we can't provide access to the previous owners database so the only way our customers deal with these is to reimage them through the SCT, going through the steps with JCI, or another ad-hoc method of their own. We can try to help with getting the image and stepping through the process but that's the same story with all of our units currently until we have time to reimage them all ourselves.
