This is an original late 1964-1970 Muncie 4 Speed tailhousing assembly. The casting number is 3857584. The 3857584 tailhousing has the passenger side speedometer cable connection and was used on many 1964-1970 Muncie 4 speed applicaitons. Please confirm your specific application. 

This tailhousing is in very good original condition as shown. It is in bare aluminum finish with no paints for coatings. It has never been sand or glass bead blasted and has an awesome as cast finish. This housing is in good original condition with no repairs. It has a few small flaws that are cosmetic only and will not effect function. This is simply an very nice original part that can be installed as it is.
