36mm Outer Diameter Piston Bore Diameter in Fork: 29mm Overall Valve Height: 14.5mm YSS fork valves transform the behavior of the conventional fork giving the rider a controlled sensation of better contact with the road. CAD designed and hardened from extremely lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum with 65 Rockwell.
Through an elaborate system of holes in the valve the oil flow in the fork is changed so that the contact with the road and the feedback is much more direct.
The driver thus gains in terms of safety and perceives changes in the road surface.

The fork valves come complete set for the respective fork diameter.
A subsequent fine adjustment can be made via the oil quantity or other oil viscosity.
Active ingredient: The YSS fork valve is inserted between the fork leg and the fork spring. Therefore it is important to know the internal diameter of the dip tube and the hole in the stem in advance.
Depending on the diameters of the fork valves used additional oil flow holes must be drilled in the piston. This is described in detail in the installation instructions.
Fine-tuning of the fork valve is possible after installation with minimal effort. pulled the oil from the fork and the fork valve are raised upwards.
Then the screw can be tightened at intervals of 2 turns or loosened with an Allen key.
