All our listings on eBay require payment in full before we dispatch. Payment can be made via PayPal. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as we can only ship to the address provided by Pay Pal.

We always endevour to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The majority of items are dispatched the same day and can be expected to be received within a couple of working days. Some orders may take between 3-5 working days (especially during busy times).

If it is an oversized item, we will get in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date with you. When your order is dispatched we will automatically email you with the dispatch method and full tracking details (if applicable). Although we do everything we can to get your order to you as safely as possible, it's very important to check your order immediately for any visable signs of damage.

Please check your order immediately after receiving it and let us know of any damages straight away by sending a message through eBay.

Under our eBay Refund Policy, you have 30 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

Please contact us via eBay to arrange the return and we will issue you with a RAN (Returns Autorisation Number). All items returned must have a RAN issued beforehand.
