The display itself is unmarked and clean but the reverse side has some surface scratches.  Also note the ding on the lower right corner although this is purely aesthetic and hasn't damaged the display.

I will do a factory reset before this is shipped.

This comes with the original box (excellent condition) and USB charging cable.  Otherwise, if you don't see it in any photographs then assume it's not supplied.
