Honestly cant tell you much about  this , its heavy tinplate and has a huge friction motor , pretty sure the base has been painted and i think the headlight and racing number spot have been done too , not sure about the screen or inside they dont look right to me , what i can tell you is its 30 cms long and most definitely french , if anyone has additional info i will add it to the listing
