A 6 3/4 inch long triangular-shaped ANTIQUE Owens TOOTH BRUSH holder glass carrying case. This triangular shaped tube is EMBOSSED, has the original PAPER LABEL, and comes with its ORIGINAL TIN CAP. This is an AUTHENTIC ANTIQUE tooth brush case, dating back about 100 years OLD.

Bottle embossed: "OWENS / OWENS" on two of the three sides.
Label reads: "Hang up your tooth brush for airing and drying. Use container for traveling etc."
Condition: Tube in in excellent clean condition. NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc. PLEASE see pictures for idea of overall appearance / condition.
Age: An ORIGINAL ANTIQUE blown-glass (ABM) holder with a screw top, ca. early 1900s.

This is an unusual vessel and one that would not be identified unless it has the paper label. OWENS would of been the glass company that made it. The tin cap is original and it has several small manufactured holes in it, in the shape of a triangle. Many collectors of antique dental items like this are dentist who are building collections of quality antique dental products to display in their waiting rooms and offices. This is a prime example of just this sort of thing; it is OLD, EMBOSSED, LABELED, has ORIGINAL CAP and is quite possibly UNIQUE as only so many vessels have survived the elements of time with PAPER LABEL intact, a FINITE item, and without the label this would just be a mystery bottle. Very desirable in this ALL - ORIGINAL condition, check it out!
