This Otharri deck is absolutely viscous, ruthless, and very consistent. I packed every element of Boros's aggressive draw strategy into this deck; you draw when you make tokens, you draw when you attack, so on and so forth. Once you start generating an increasingly permanent amount of Rebel tokens every turn, seal the game with a whole suite of repeatable extra combats and token payoffs like Goldnight Commander, Valar in Akros, or Cathars' Crusade. You also have access to some of the best and most explosive support cards in the format, like Smothering Tithe, Land Tax, Flawless Maneuver, and Clever Concealment.
