Small pocket size book.  Measurements:  6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 1/4".  Has 64 pages.

White is showing along the spine of the book. 2 staple binding.  Staples have rust.  Bottom staple is split at the front cover.  See photo #3.  Middle of the book is page 22 and page 23.  Slight stains around staples.  Slight stains in the staple area on 2 pages before the mid point and 2 pages past the mid point.

Pages are clean and free of folds.
