Nice old vintage canning jar made by Anchor Hocking. Blue glass with Atlas Strong Shoulder Mason embossed on the front. The bottom is not perfectly flat and I don't feel any seam line on the bottom. There are some marks that were made during production. I have pictured them all. According to research this blue glass canning jar was made during the late 1930s. Quart sized with a white milk glass lined zinc Atlas lid with a rubber seal under it. When these jars were made, they were only airtight not water tight. They were the only Atlas jars that were made to use the rubber seals in. This jar is in fairly good shape for it's age. It does have wear due to age and use. See pictures for condition. Tried to picture all sides and visible production marks. Seen as I received it. This item is vintage and will have some wear due to age and use. Please examine pictures closely before purchasing as they are part of the description. You get exactly what you see. Would look great on any table or office desk and can be used in multiple ways. Would make a great addition to any collection.
