Vintage Art Deco Pastel Pink Silk Ivory Lace Ruffle Flounce Skirt Flapper Dress

This vintage Art Deco pastel silk ivory lace ruffle flounce skirt flapper dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a pastel pale pink color silk fabric, with an off white ivory cream color lace ruffle flounce. This pretty in pink dress has a fitted sleeveless top with ivory lace cutout trim neckline, side ruched smocking gathers at the waist coming to a V point on the front, a layered tiered ruffle lace skirt, side snap closures and is unlined. The dress measures 42 inches long, with a 34 inch chest, 28 inch waist, 54 inch hips and a 12 inch back. It is in fair as-is condition, a "wounded bird" with frayed splits on both the silk and lace along the shoulders and two small frays on the back top (see close-ups). Great for upcycling or used for design inspiration or pattern. This is truly a wonderful piece of flapper girl wearable art!
