At first glance the laptop seems to be turning on and everything is working ok except the keyboard and the dedicated graphics does not work (according to hp website this should be RTX2060) I have tried updates and latest drivers but it is still the same. When you first turn on the laptop the keyboard lights do go on, but once in windows none of the keyboard keys work except the power key which actually turns on the laptop. Also when I opened the bottom cover to take pictures I have spotted a burnt component on the motherboard please see pics. These are the faults I have observed many have other issues not listed above.

Please refrain from asking me questions regarding have you tried this and that, I also have You-tube on my PC.
