Record sleeve has notable wear, including a split going across the top of the sleeve. (SEE PHOTOS) The record also does have some wear, including some scratches.

NOTE: I am not a professional music store or vinyl record seller. I am just an average collector, who needs to sell off a few records for downsizing purposes. So, most of my record grading may need to be taken with a grain of salt.
