Vintage Glass Bead Sew On Patch - Southwest Style, purchased back in 1990. It has the southwest thunderbird pattern.
The patch measures 2-1/2" wide by 3-1/2" long. I cannot work my hands well enough to replace the beads but they are older solid white seed beads so can be replaced.
