As my knowledge of these kind of items are limited I do not know what the problem could be or how to test it.
When connected to power some of the lights turn on, sometimes really bright and sometimes dim im not sure if the power supply I am using has enough power for this device. Also the 2 fader sliders don't look very sturdy may also be damaged. This is as far as i could test the item could have any of the problems listed below. overall condition is good.
Untested may have any of the faults listed below.
