COLLECTIBLE VINTAGE

“BABY’S DAILY TIME CARDS”

These 7 cards were published by the Children’s Bureau of the U.S. Department of Labor in Washington D.C.  There is no date on them, but based on the artwork and my family history, I would guess them to be from the early 1940’s.  These would make a fun baby shower gift.

·       The 7 cards measure about 8” x 5” and are printed on both sides except for the top card which is only printed on one side.

·       They are held together by a string through a punched hole at the top of each card.

·       Each card tells of the daily routine a baby should follow for various ages.  The first card is for the first 4 months, the second is for 5th and 6th months, the third is for 7th-9th months, the fourth is for the 10th-12th months, the sixth is for 1 year-15 months, and the last card is for 16 months to 2 years.

·       Each card has an hourly schedule on one side and training information on the back side.

·       The cards are a heavy paper cardboard an are in really nice condition with no writing, stains or tears.
