Brand new in the box with the the plastic still over the face of the watch. It comes with the warranty card but it is not filled out. Everything seems to be completely untouched. It just doesn't have the price tag on it which is why I'm selling it as new without tags. It comes with everything you see in the pictures including the sleeve for the box.
