One wooden bar on the back side of the wooden lid is missing (Please refer to the last picture to check it).
This is a vintage Japanese tea caddy of Kyo ware, which was made by the 1st class potter, Teiichi Oketani (1935-) about 30-40 years ago.
He is the 1st class potter, who was accepted at one of the most famous Japanese Art Exhibitions, Nitten Exhibition several times.
The signature of the potter is carved on the bottom. The original cloth bag (It's called "Shifuku" in Japanese.) is attached.
The original wooden storage box with the signature of the potter is also included.
