Chinoiserie Fireguard - Metal 1950s.

Good condition with the odd scratch picked up over the years but nothing major

This is signed by the artist Philip Gough and made by Metal Box which used the name Worcester Ware on other similar pieces.

It consists of a front panel 23” x 17” and two hinged side panels which measure 7½” at top narrowing to 3½” at bottom.

Made of black metal with gold design with four plastic yellow ball feet.
