Your item is shipped the next business day after your cleared payment is received. I ship 6 days a week and pride myself on making sure you get your packages swiftly. I always offer Priority Mail as a shipping option (Express is available upon request - please contact me for a quote!). Please utilize Priority Mail if you need your item in less than 7 business days -- we want you to get your package when you need it and will do everything we can to ensure it does.

I am a one woman operated business - I am not a bookstore, retail chain or manufacturer, therefore almost all of my items are not new. I purchase or receive all my inventory secondhand (so I can't honestly know whether they are originally from a smoke-free or pet-free environment) and then they are stored at my smoke-free business. If you are very sensitive to smoke or pets, you would probably be better to buy them new from a retail store or from a first owner as your comfort is more important to me than any sale. |
