General Information
All items have kindly
been donated to Lindsey Lodge Hospice.
100% of the money raised from our sales will help fund care for Lindsey Lodge’s
patients and their families.

within listings are approximate.
Replying
to Questions
Any questions and messages will be answered during our 9am - 5pm
office working hours Monday to Friday (We are closed Bank holidays).
Payments
and Postage
Items must be paid
for within 48 hours of the purchase date to avoid the item been relisted unless
agreed in advance by a member of our team. We do not have the space to hold
items for any longer than this.
Items will be
dispatched within 2 – 3 working days from purchase. We will always try
to combine postage whenever possible.
Electricals
/ Computers / Consoles
Please note all used electrical goods with power leads that we
sell have been PAT tested prior to listing. New goods and items without leads
are not tested. However, we strongly recommend that you
recheck the item when you have either collected it or had it delivered to make
sure it is still safe.
Collection Only Items
If an item is listed as 'collection only', this is because the
item is oversized for our courier service, too fragile for transit or that we
do not have the resources to package the item. These items cannot be sent by
our team or packaged for third-party couriers. We do however offer collection
from our Warehouse / Donation Centre which is located

Collection hours are between 9am – 4pm. If collecting an
item, please give the warehouse a minimum of 48-hour notice.
Buy It Now
We do not offer a 'buy it now' price on our auction style items,
we will not end these auctions early.
Terms
& Conditions
If you have any problems with your purchase, please do get in
touch with us immediately through the item first before leaving feedback. We
are a well-respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately
and honestly as we possibly can. We want all of our customers to be completely
happy with their items and we will always try to resolve any problems for you.
Items listed as 'spares or repair' or as 'untested' are items that
are faulty or simply that we can't test at our warehouse, so please bid
accordingly.
