New with Tags - Pre-owned but unused, so may have minor surface imperfections.  No Odor.

I retrieved this from a pre-owned collection of dog costumes (this was the best!), and lint-rolled it as there were some stray hairs and threads. I did my best, but a few may be remaining.  Any further cleaning at discretion of buyer.  To me, it appears ready to use.
