Description/Refunds/Returns: We are as descriptive as possible, even with the smallest of things that others may not mention. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns, as common practice. Please review the images and ask questions. We are quick to answer and happy to do so.
Feedback: Without fail, we provide feedback once received. We want to make sure that you have received your item and you are completely satisfied. If you are not, then please contact us, at which time we will be able to find an amicable solution.
Age: If we list an item as vintage, though some of those may fit a more traditional definition, we may simply be describing the fact that it is not its contemporary norm. This may indicate it is likely from 20-30 years in the past or possibly more. Assume all pre-owned items have some type of normal wear. We will still be as descriptive as possible, as necessary.
Shipping: We ship incredibly fast, sometimes the same day and without a doubt the next available day. This is only affected by time of day and day of week. You can be sure that it will arrive as quickly as the shippers can get it to you. If there is a delay, then we will be sure to communicate it. Please be advised, for all golf clubs, we require a physical address for shipping. We are not able to ship clubs to post office boxes. If that is your only option, please contact us prior to purchasing the club so that we may provide you an option to pay the appropriate shipping surcharges levied by the US Postal Service.
Packaging: Along with new boxes, envelopes, and packing materials, we will also exclusively use, or in combination with new, use recycled boxes, envelopes and packaging paper. Much of this is simply removed packing materials from large corporate retailers, but we may also reutilize older packed wrap, appropriate for the item we are selling.
