Ø All returns must be in good resalable condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged and tamper-free. This is for the safety of our customers.

 

Ø Any item that is consumable cannot be returned due to safety issues of our customers, however if something is wrong with item, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

 

Ø Please make sure your shipping address is correct and updated before placing the order, as that is the address we will ship to.

 

Ø If an item is returned to us due to a “non-deliverable” address, the item will be refunded, minus the original shipping cost.

 

Ø If our store is listed as “away” we are still shipping out products, however there might be a delay.
